러닝 스테이션은 MAYACREW Inc.가 만듭니다. 계정과 관련 데이터는 iOS·Android 모두 앱 안에서 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱만 삭제하면 서버의 계정은 남습니다. 앱을 다시 설치해 같은 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 위 절차대로 삭제하거나, 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요.
Delete your Running Station account
Running Station is made by MAYACREW Inc. You can delete your account and its data directly in the app, at any time, on both iOS and Android.
Delete in the app
- Open the app and go to the MY tab.
- Tap the settings (gear) button at the top right.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (Apple/Google identifier, email)
- Your runs — distance, time, pace, splits and routes
- Photos and videos you uploaded
- Memos and comments
- Follow relationships, blocked list, and friend-finder email hashes
- Local data and the sign-in session on your device
What remains
- Station totals — a deleted account's mileage stays in each station's weekly and cumulative totals, anonymously. No nickname or identifying information is shown.
- Workouts saved to Apple Health — runs the app wrote to Apple Health remain there and can be deleted in the Health app.
- Reports — reports you filed may be retained for review, for community safety.
If you already removed the app
Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Reinstall and sign in with the same account to delete it, or email us below.
