러닝 스테이션(Running Station, 이하 "서비스")은 MAYACREW Inc.가 제공합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
서비스는 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인해 이용합니다. 계정 정보를 정확하게 유지할 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 계정을 타인과 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
이용자가 올린 사진·영상·메모·댓글의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 다만 서비스가 이를 앱 안에서 표시·저장·전송하는 데 필요한 범위의 이용 권한을 부여합니다.
다음 콘텐츠는 금지되며, 발견 시 삭제되거나 계정이 제한될 수 있습니다.
부적절한 콘텐츠는 앱 안에서 신고할 수 있고, 특정 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고된 콘텐츠는 검토 후 조치됩니다.
거리·경로·페이스는 기기의 GPS와 센서를 기반으로 추정한 값이며 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 의료·경기 목적의 공식 기록으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
기록을 조작하거나 실제로 달리지 않은 활동을 등록하는 행위는 금지되며, 해당 기록과 랭킹 반영이 취소될 수 있습니다.
러닝 중에는 주변 교통과 환경에 주의해야 합니다. 서비스 이용 중 발생한 부상이나 사고에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다. 건강 상태에 우려가 있다면 운동 전 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
이용자는 언제든 앱에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 약관을 위반한 계정은 사전 통지 없이 제한될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.

Running Station ("the service") is provided by MAYACREW Inc. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and must not share your account with others.
You retain the rights to the photos, videos, memos and comments you post. You grant us the permission needed to display, store and transmit that content within the app.
The following are prohibited and may be removed, and may result in account restrictions:
You can report inappropriate content and block other users from within the app. Reported content is reviewed and acted on.
Distance, route and pace are estimates derived from your device's GPS and sensors and may contain errors. They are not official records for medical or competitive purposes.
Falsifying records or submitting activities you did not actually run is prohibited; such records and their ranking contributions may be voided.
Stay aware of traffic and your surroundings while running. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur while using the service. If you have health concerns, consult a professional before exercising.
We may change or discontinue the service. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
You may delete your account at any time in the app. Accounts that violate these terms may be restricted without prior notice.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
